03

DO YOU KNOW THAT...

B VITAMINS

  • Support the nervous system and help maintain concentration
  • Reduce feelings of fatigue
  • Aid in the proper processing of energy in the body
  • Regulate hormone levels, contributing to better well-being

ACETYL-L-CARNITINE

  • Supports brain function
  • Helps convert fats into energy
  • Improves memory and attention, especially in people with memory issues
  • May enhance speech fluency

β-ALANINE

  • Improves overall endurance
  • Supports muscle recovery
  • Boosts energy during workouts
  • Reduces fatigue after intense exercise

CARNOSINE

  • Supports muscle and brain health
  • Helps maintain good memory and concentration
  • Aids in cell regeneration and may improve cognitive functions
  • Protects cells from harmful substances that could cause damage

GLUTAMINE

  • Supports brain function, aiding in learning and concentration
  • Helps with memory retention and adapting to new challenges
  • Facilitates the creation of new neural connections in the brain, making it easier to adapt to changes in daily life
  • Works with other substances, such as dopamine, to improve brain flexibility and cognitive functions

Safety

Blood test results show no kidney or liver strain associated with consuming the drink. No abnormalities in blood morphology were detected that could indicate disruptions in erythropoiesis. None of the participants reported side effects, suggesting that the drink is safe for healthy individuals when consumed over a period of 4-8 weeks.

Cognitive Abilities

Limited data suggests that in younger individuals, the combination of active ingredients enhances alertness, attentiveness, and focus more effectively than in older individuals. Among men, improvements were observed in executive functions (faster processing of conflicting information), working memory (better strategies, reduced stereotypical responses), and perceptiveness compared to women. No gender-related differences were noted in the placebo group.

Sleep Quality

Based on limited data from a small study group, it can be concluded that the combination of active ingredients significantly enhances sleep quality. This is measured by an increased percentage of deep sleep, a reduction in the number of brief awakenings, and a shorter duration of sleep required for the body to regenerate.

Physical Activity

An observed increase in distance covered (running pace) among participants taking the product indicates improved physical fitness. Comparisons with the placebo group show that the product significantly enhances physical performance, aligning with findings of better sleep quality and reduced recovery time.
